Meet Our Founder: Shane Mask
Shane Mask is a seasoned real estate professional with over 35 years of experience. A “lifer” in the real estate industry, Shane started his career right out of high school in 1990, listing over 100+ expired listings in his first year. Since then, he has coached, mentored, and guided over 1500 agents as the founder and broker of The American Realty.
Licensed in multiple states, a former real estate appraiser, Shane is also the founder of American Real Estate University, a CRD school that has trained over 100,000 agents nationally since 1999. Known for his humorous storytelling and occasional dad jokes, Shane teaches a variety of courses, including those on NAR standards, contracts, license law, prospecting, and The Code of Ethics.
